Cody Witham is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and an approved Medicare provider. He brings a breadth of experience from both public and private mental health settings, with particular expertise in supporting individuals who have experienced sexual assault and/or childhood sexual abuse, as well as in the treatment of adolescents and their families.

Cody adopts a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centred approach to therapy, grounded in curiosity, empathy, and shared exploration. He is committed to understanding each individual — whether child, adolescent, or adult — as a whole person, rather than through the lens of symptoms or diagnoses.

Cody provides psychological therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Anxiety and stress-related conditions
  • Alcohol and other substance use difficulties
  • Interpersonal and relational challenges
  • Complex trauma and post-traumatic stress

He has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships.
