Dr Josephine Braid is a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant Physician with extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation. She has been a VMO with the Midwestern Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program at Bathurst Health Service since 2015. Prior to moving to the Central West, she worked in Sydney at St Vincent’s Hospital, The Mater Hospital, and Westmead Private Rehabilitation Hospital.
Her clinical interests include neurorehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, and geriatric rehabilitation. Dr Braid is a Director of the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand (RMSANZ).
In addition to her medical work, she is an award-winning burnout recovery coach, keynote speaker, and host of The Burnout Recovery Podcast, where she supports professionals in overcoming burnout and restoring balance.
