Dr Raymond Kodsi provides care in general endocrinology and has a special interest in weight management, metabolism and diabetes. He has completed training in metabolic units at Campbelltown, Camden and Nepean Hospitals and general Endocrine training at Gosford, Blacktown and Nepean Hospitals. His research in weight management has been published in peer reviewed journals and presented at national conferences.
Dr Kodsi also has an interest in working together with General Practitioners to improve patient care, having delivered telehealth case conferencing for Type 2 Diabetes management through the Western Sydney Diabetes Service. He was the lead co-ordinator for the Greater Western Sydney/Hunter New England Diabesity Masterclass 2021, which provided 12 weekly webcasts to GPs, nurses and allied health practitioners on topics relating to diabetes and obesity management.
Given the complex and chronic nature of many endocrine issues, Dr Kodsi is passionate about working together with patients to set and achieve their health goals.
