Kathryn is a warm and compassionate Senior Psychologist who has worked as a psychologist for 16 years and is passionate about creating a safe environment in which to understand her clients, their goals and collaborate with them in achieving meaningful change. She has worked across public, private and community settings.

Kathryn has specific interest in working with adults with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and life stressors (e.g., grief and loss; chronic illness, relational difficulties). Kathryn’s approach is integrative, weaving a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet her client’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, Motivational Interviewing as well as compassion and mindfulness-based approaches. She is trauma informed and is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy to assist those with trauma/PTSD.

Kathryn loves to spend her weekends with family and friends, camping, bushwalking, exploring farmers markets and being creative.
